Support Services

Beams shall carry out the installation of the Software Package at your office, which will be in co-ordination with your staff. Beams shall assign a qualified and suitably experienced person to your office to fully implement the Software Package commencing one week from the date of this Agreement. Continued Beams support after the Warranty Period will be available through a separate Annual Maintenance Contract In warranty period; Beams will provide online/onsite/telephone support according to the problem you are facing.
